Who will pick us up from the airport?

Our staff will be on hand to meet you at the airport. We will send you details near the time of arrival and will be waiting for you when you arrive.

Could you arrange car hire?

Yes, a car is for hire, with rates from 1,800 baht per day.

Do you provide baby facilities?

We can provide cots and a protective barrier is available for the poolside however caution is required at all times both inside and out.

Do you allow for an extra person?

A surcharge of US $100 is applied should the number of guests exceed the stated maximum.

Is there a discount for long stays?

There is a discount should you stay for seven nights or more, there is no discount over peak season however.

Do you host wedding parties?

Yes we can host wedding parties, this is subject to a number of requirements set by the villa owners. Please contact us for more information.

Is the beach safe for swimming?

The beach is safe for swimming but as in any situation caution is required. During the monsoon season (July-September) the tide can be quite strong and the waves quite high.

Do you provide all meals?

Our excellent chefs can cook an array of meals, specializing in Thai cuisine. All ingredients can be purchased by us with the guest paying the bill at the end of the stay.

Why is one 4-bedroom property less expensive than others?

Each villa although similar in appearance varies in decor and style. Varying features include games rooms, gyms, projection TVs, saunas and steam rooms making the price vary in accordance to the number of features.

Can you provide a babysitter?

Yes we can arrange a babysitter, please state this when booking your villa.

Is there a discount renting multiple villas?

When multiple villas are rented, the total number of booked nights can be aggregated together to qualify for the long stay discount. For example, two villas booked at 4 nights each = 8 nights and a discount can be applied.
